TradeZone New Zealand has been operating in the market since 1991. With over 30 stores throughout the country, they specialise in supplying high end, quality tools to the engineering trades. Be it automotive, marine, forestry, or farming, they have the tools and equipment to get the job done. But their brand was getting tired, and although they knew how to look after their customers well, they didn’t know how to look after their brand well. With respect to their legacy, we brought out the polishing cloth and revived what was getting tired into something that could bring them into the future and demonstrate to the market their professionalism and expertise. As well as the standard elements of a brand refresh, we also designed and built a bespoke software system that talked directly to their inventory system to make ordering products from multiple suppliers easy for their operators. And with that we threw in an entire communications suite and file and brand repository so everything they need is in one place.
